We do both. MAF Design Projects is a full-service firm — we handle architecture, interior design, and construction management from start to finish. You work with one team throughout, which means fewer miscommunications and better results.
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us with land already purchased. We conduct a site analysis and work within your plot dimensions to design the best possible home or building for that location.
We take budgeting seriously. At the start of every project we produce a detailed Bill of Quantities and cost estimate. Throughout construction we track expenditure and flag any changes before they happen — not after.
It depends on scale and complexity. A typical 4-bedroom duplex takes 12–18 months. We give you a realistic timeline at project kickoff and keep you updated at every milestone.
