Start Your Project"A five-bedroom family home in the heart of Chevron — each room considered as a private world, each shared space designed for the moments that matter."
This five-bedroom duplex in Chevron, Lagos, was conceived for a growing family seeking a home that could hold both the energy of daily life and the quietness of personal retreat. Sited within one of Lagos's most established residential corridors, the brief called for a residence that was architecturally confident without sacrificing warmth.
The exterior presents a clean, contemporary face — articulated volumes, deep window reveals, and a palette of light render contrasted with dark architectural accents. The entrance leads into a double-height foyer that anchors the circulation of the house, allowing natural light to pour through to the living spaces below. The ground floor opens generously into a connected kitchen and dining zone, with doors that fold out to a rear terrace.
Each of the five bedrooms is fully en-suite and individually scaled, ensuring that every member of the household has a space genuinely tailored to them. The master suite occupies the full width of the upper floor, with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom designed around a freestanding bath and double vanity.
