This residential project in Ifo, Ogun State, was delivered entirely as a comprehensive 3D architectural design commission. The client came to MAF Design Projects with a plot of land, a family-sized brief, and a desire to see their future home with full clarity before committing to construction. The result is a photorealistic architectural package that makes every design decision legible — from the proportions of the facade to the materials of the entrance gate.
The design draws on a contemporary Nigerian residential idiom — clean, geometric massing softened by layered canopies, textured render finishes, and generously proportioned openings that promote cross-ventilation. The compound layout is arranged to accommodate both the main residence and supporting structures within a coherent, secure boundary.
The 3D visualisation suite produced for this project allowed the client and MAF's team to refine room layouts, adjust material selections, and agree on all external finishes long before breaking ground — compressing the decision-making process and reducing costly changes during construction.
